By using the Souq Aljouma platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and you will be notified of any material changes.
2. Registration and Account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. The information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any account that violates these terms.
3. Posting Listings
All posted listings must be truthful and accurate. It is prohibited to post listings for illegal, stolen, or counterfeit products. Listings must include a clear description and genuine photos of the product. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies without prior notice.
4. Transactions and Payment
Souq Aljouma is an intermediary platform connecting sellers with buyers. We are not a party to any commercial transaction between users. Users are responsible for verifying product quality and agreeing on terms of sale. We strongly recommend inspecting products before purchase and meeting in safe public places.
5. Prohibited Content
It is prohibited to post content that includes: illegal materials or content violating Syrian laws, offensive, violent, or discriminatory content, personal information of others without their consent, spam or misleading advertisements, any content that infringes intellectual property rights.
6. Liability
Souq Aljouma is not responsible for: the quality of listed products or accuracy of descriptions, any losses resulting from transactions between users, service interruptions or data loss. We make every effort to provide a safe and reliable platform, but we cannot guarantee the absence of issues.
7. Account Termination
You can cancel your account at any time through account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or ban any account that violates the Terms of Use or poses a risk to other users. Upon account termination, some data may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
